- Submission Method: Submissions will only be accepted via the Microsoft Form named Inclusion Request Form. Please note that downloadable files such as MP3s or WAVs will not be accepted from unknown people.
- Copyright Clearance: Ensure that you have the rights to submit your music. If your track contains samples or features other artists, make sure all permissions are secured.
How to Submit:
To submit your music, please follow these steps:
- Prepare Your Tracks: Ensure your files are accessible online and ready to be submitted through the Microsoft Form. Direct downloads (e.g., MP3, WAV) will not be accepted.
- Fill Out the Submission Form: Visit the Inclusion Request Form to provide your details and submit your tracks.
- Review Process: After submission, your music will be reviewed to ensure it aligns with the project’s goals and standards. This process may take some time, so your patience is appreciated.
- Notification: If your track is selected, you will be notified via email with details on which playlist it will be featured in and when it will go live.
What to Expect After Submission:
Once your music is submitted,
here’s what you can expect:
- Selection Criteria: Tracks are selected based on artistic merit, alignment with the playlist’s theme, and overall quality. While I strive to include as much diverse music as possible, not every submission will be accepted.
- Feature Opportunities: Selected tracks may be featured in specific playlists and could also be highlighted on social media. Your tracks will be placed in multiple playlists where they fit, ensuring they reach a wide and varied audience.
- Track Rotation: Tracks are rotated within playlists according to the popularity of the playlist's followers. This ensures that your music remains relevant and reaches listeners who are most likely to appreciate it.
- Vivid Favorite: If I find exceptional artistic value in your track, it will remain in my library, be placed in additional playlists, and receive special recognition as a "Vivid Favorite."
- Feedback: Due to the volume of submissions, personalized feedback may not always be possible. However, I appreciate every submission and the effort that goes into your music.
